Are you fed up with being the HR or H&S person who does nothing but mundane paperwork? At the Grey District Council, our team are actively involved in making positive change. You will have the opportunity to apply or learn the knowledge in ALL aspects of HR and H&S, including worker engagement, performance, training, recruitment, worker wellbeing, ISO 45001 Accreditation, incident management and much more.
Our team is a relatively new initiative at the Council, whose role it is to make culture change and improve worker wellbeing and engagement. We are at the stage where the strategies are in motion and we need to start the application. You can be part of this successful and exciting movement.
We are looking for a person with foundation knowledge/experience or a qualified individual who is keen to learn all aspects of HR and H&S. You will be working with an experienced advisor who will support you on this exciting journey and support you in your professional development.
