Fixed term contract for a strong HR Manager to oversee generalist HR as well as work on global projects
Your new company
A New Zealand success story in the technology space, this organisation continues to grow globally. They have an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to cover parental leave for 4 months to ensure the smooth running of HR across the business.
Your new role
As part of the Senior Leadership team, you'll be responsible for full operational and strategic HR support to the organisation and ensuring processes are followed and maintained. Duties will include:
- Providing ER advice and support to the leadership team
- Management of global recruitment processes
- Advise and guide Managers on people management
- Organisational development
- Managing the HR budget
You'll also have the opportunity to work on projects including reviewing and implementing a global rewards programme and a global onboarding project.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have extensive generalist HR experience including at a Management level and enjoy a role which combines both strategic and operational work. Reporting to the CEO, you'll have experience of being accountable to the executive team and will have a high level of decision making and judgment skills.
Managing a remote team, you'll have strong leadership skills with experience of working in a fast paced environment and thrive in an environment where your consultative approach and problem solving skills are well utilised.
This position is to begin mid December and requires someone who can commit to the full 4 month contract.
