About the role
We are looking for a Coordinator with a passion to work under competing demands effectively coordinating staff events, processing team finances, updating and maintaining our team website whilst developing and reviewing policies, processes and systems. You will be a key back up for our recruitment and contracts, and will step in to cover leave. You will also be responsible for compiling reports to the Executive Director of People and Culture along with supporting a fast moving and high achieving team.
Are you an ideal candidate?
To be successful in this busy role you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously while delivering a high level of customer service. Experience in a busy recruitment and or coordinator role, advanced Microsoft Office skills and a relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
The successful applicant will be comfortable in an environment of continuous improvement and readily adapt to constant change. You will be highly organised and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities by remaining calm and living our values in everything you do.
