Your new role
Your new role will be the Delivery Partner Relationship Manager leading an internal team which is dedicated to the resourcing, engaging and supporting of the company's national network of subcontracting teams.
What you'll need to succeed
With over 700 registered Delivery Partner workers and given the long term growth needed to substantially grow their workforce you will be experienced in subcontractor management or equivalent and have proven capability of leading a small team responsible for the recruitment, training and upskilling of a large workforce. The role will be hands on and be responsible for ensuring streamlined and robust on- boarding procedures so the network of subcontracting firms and their workers are properly registered. Because this sector relies heavily on recruiting new entrants you will be adept at providing a service that supports the training and development of them and their workforce. Your involvement will be ongoing, working closely with our Operations team, Commercial Managers and the HSEQ team to provide ongoing support to the Delivery Partners. Ensuring required subcontracting resources are in place, maintaining high levels of retention and high compliance.
