We’re looking for a capable HR professional to assist in the start-up of significant new business.

The role is Christchurch based but will include some travel. You’ll be working as part of the transition team and will help shape the role and define tasks. Overseeing recruitment including advertising, interviewing, you’ll ensure the relevant paperwork is being completed.

Ideally you’ll be familiar with the recruitment sector and have facilities for bulk recruiting.

You will require:
  • A knowledge of the best practice on recruitment and selection
  • Experience in leading and working effectively in teams
  • Able to process large numbers of CV’s and interviews, along with reference checking
  • Able to support the Operations team during a tight time frame
  • Work well under pressure
