About your new role:

My client is looking for an energetic, fun and experienced BA to join their existing team. You will be working in an environment that succeeds on being very collaborative, it is a very social team that works very well together.

What they are looking for in your CV:

  • Minimum 4 years BA experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors).
  • Able to guide business users to decision making and translate complex ideas.
  • Proven ability to clearly present analysis and ideas on paper and think critically about an issue.
  • IT project experience from analysis of the business requirements to the implementation into a solution.
  • Ability to manage a business requirement clarification process bridging the gap between developers and the business.
  • CRM or product experience.
  • Exposure to Agile or iterative development methodologies would be beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
