The role of Senior Business Improvement Analyst will guide the region to better understand its operational performance and identify improvement opportunities, real time, to make a difference.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will assist our regional leadership and management teams to improve the timeliness, quality and strategic value of key measures. You will also develop innovative practices to maximise performance that is effective, efficient and sustainable.
Through the review of existing operations, process maps, data and general practices, you will be instrumental in shaping quality and productivity improvement initiatives in a meaningful way. In building collaborative business partnerships, you will ensure regional alignment and direct linkage to national project streams.
Your strength in interpreting information and communicating with a diverse range of people will elicit the risks and impacts on the organisation, leading current/ future state analysis to achieve desired outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- exceptional analytical and problem solving skills;
- the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders;
- highly developed documentation and organisational skills
Knowledge of lean methodologies or business improvement tools would be an advantage.
