This particular role will work in conjunction with another Service Design Lead working on other work streams, and will provide insight and advice in regards to service design and related intentions and activities. You will assist in identifying initiatives to improve interaction with public stakeholders, to be progressed within the programme, led by input from the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable and experienced in delivering in an Agile way, have demonstrated experience in service design within the public sector and be able to confidently utilise service design and client centered techniques when planning and carrying out associated activities. You will have a focus on securing tangible benefits quickly, and be comfortable with leading change initiatives.
