Webranz is on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. You will have experience supporting businesses to address problems using data, be curious about business and technology, be creative, and have a passion for analytics. This role will have you working with clients across different industries; consulting, listening and developing high impact analytics solutions that deliver value to our clients. You will need to be confident and have the ability to engage in this type of interaction.

Webranz is a niche business intelligence and analytics company with a diverse client portfolio. We use data to help businesses understand and improve their operations, understand their customers and their markets and identify opportunities to grow. We help businesses make more confident decisions based on data.

In this role you will be involved in providing a range of services to clients, leveraging modern data management and data visualisation tools. Tasks include data acquisition, cleansing, analysis transformation and reporting and you will work with a rich array of data types acquired from a variety of sources.

You will have previous experience successfully delivering and maintaining similar solutions (this role is not for a new graduate), be able to develop data models, show strong analytical ability, be proficient in programming languages including R and Python and comfortable working in cloud environments such as AWS. Strong SQL is a must. You will also need to be proficient with a variety of statistical analysis methods.

You will have a University qualification in a quantitative subject such as Operations Research, Statistics or Computer Science. You will be enthusiastic about technology and able to demonstrate that you stay current and develop new technical skills with ease.

The position is available for an immediate start. An attractive salary package will be negotiated based on experience.
