Fulcrum is a fast growing start up developing customer experience technology and solutions for a range of Blue Chip Enterprise customers across both sides of the Tasman. We are currently looking for several talented full stack Python developers to join our Auckland based Development Team. You will be working on building out our unique Customer Data Platform as part of a close knit agile team using the latest front-end technologies such as React.js on a solid Python foundation. We are particularly interested in developers that are as comfortable in the back end as the front and that want to be involved in architecting and building a category defining product from the ground up.
In this role, you'll be working as part of our development team building and maintaining our platform and assisting our service delivery teams to enable our customers to get the most out of our solutions. We are looking to expand our platform to make it more distributed and to extend our decisioning capability to make the most of the vast customer data sets that we have access to. Our platform can be deployed both in the cloud and on premise and because we deal with a range of legacy systems a broad IT skill set would be an advantage.
Skill & requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent or proven relevant industry experience.
At least 5 years experience professionally developing software, ideally performing some data analysis and/or presentation.
At least 3 years recent Web application development experience.
At least 2 years recent experience developing in Python.
Good HTML/CSS Skills
Experience in RESTful API design and development
Good SQL skills
Distributed application development would be an advantage.
Digital Marketing experience is a distinct advantage
