Rapid growth requires additional skills within the organisation and we are looking for your talent to join this family type, close knit team.
As Application Developer you will have highly developed analytical skills and have a logical, systematic approach to software development and problem solving. You will also have a high degree of initiative, be well organized and capable of researching answers for yourself.
Focus of this role is on continuous development and maintenance of the company's flagship ERP solution so it is important that you have experience with developing Business Systems such as accounting, finance or CRM solutions.
New projects are awaiting your specialist attention and ideally you will be a professional Software Developer who is used to picking up a requirement and run with it, managing the project from end to end. You will have worked with Restful server programming and are happy to pass on your expertise to other team members while completing some key projects.
What you will need:
- Sound experience with developing ERP or general business software
- Expertise in
- Desktop development tools associated with .net or Delphi
- Using integrated unit testing frameworks, just as NUnit (.Net Unit testing) or DUnit (Delphi Unit testing)
- Designing object structures to maximise efficiency and extensibility
- Microsoft SQL Server query optimisation
- Web development tools
- Using web services to handle multiple data types, including files and images
- Working across the complete SDLC within an Agile environment
You will also have sound written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to listen and understand requirements and context in order to facilitate discussions and the delivery of appropriate applications and functions.
