This Research Office Analyst position exists to support the Research Office to deliver on AgResearch's organisational KPIs, its Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI), project processes and reporting requirements. The Project Specialist will support other relevant Research Office staff to ensure efficient management of relevant funding round workflows.

Key Accountabilities include:
  • Working closely with internal parties, monitoring primarily internal funding processes and co-ordinating delivery of these.
  • Researching and collating information to support the Research Office, Science Group Leaders and wider Leadership Team.
  • Key areas of focus will be in planning and reporting, funding process support, internal investments, business analysis and finance contracts and support

About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field
  • Equivalent experience in a large organisation
  • Excellent analytical ability and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of good Project Management practices
  • Great communicator
