In this role you will provide leadership and mentoring to the Service Desk Team with a demonstrated focus on customer service excellence. This role is crucial to ensuring customer requirements are met and experience exceeded in terms of communication, incident management and request fulfillment.

The role is responsible for managing the operation of the Service Desk, driving a culture of continuous improvement and first call resolution.

This role requires someone who is service driven, customer focused with good negotiating skills and strong analytical ability; able to translate information / data into workable solutions.

We want people who have a tertiary qualification related to information technology and /or equivalent experience. Experience with desktop hardware and software, including operating system, and Office 365 products is essential, (Citrix desirable).
