A successful applicant must have IT qualification including good knowledge of computer
software, hardware, internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate
will also have great diagnosis abilities with troubleshooting skills.
-Diagnosis the technical faults or issues and troubleshooting them accordingly
-Responding to phone calls and emails of the customers for technical support such as installing
or configuring the system, software faults and resolves technical application problems by
providing them assistance
-Repairing, replacing parts and debugging of various mobile phones, smartphones, laptops,
tablets and other peripheral devices such as printers, speakers, cameras and more
-Operating software’s and system for all the confidential information related to customers and
-Managing database and providing updated reports of operations to management

-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
-Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
-Excellent time-management skills
-Should be able to work on weekends
Some sort of on-job training may be provided to suitable candidates
To be eligible for this role you should have New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa,
possess a full, clean NZ drivers licence and have a clean criminal record.
