None of this is possible without great product design - and that is where they need you! Can you help them:
? Design great customer and staff experiences at the product, flow, interaction and individual pixel level
? Raise the standard for great attraction ticketing - for ticket buyers and for the staff who interact with the system on a daily basis
? Produce clean, clear, clever designs that can be reused and re-leveraged over and over solve a broad set of problems for a broad set of customers while avoiding the overhead of a bespoke approach to each situation.
They are looking for a full time Design Lead. This title reflects the importance of the position to their success. For now the team will just be you and this is a 100% hands-on role.
? Have significant relevant software product design experience.
? Be able to work independently; self-driven and self-organizing.
? Understand business goals and actively modify your own approach in recognition of these.
? Work well with developers. Be able to accurately communicate your designs in a fully specified and implementable manner and contribute to acceptance testing of them.
? Be able to work within the constraints of an existing product with existing customers.
? Be interested in and able to understand complex business rules and product limitations in order to produce designs that are compatible with these.
? Work well with customers. Able to help refine requirements, and at times present and test prototypes.
? Be comfortable debating, ideating and prototyping with a team to reach a balance between awesomeness and cost/timeframe to implement.
? Work, on occasion with design resources in the US office.
