A well-known Professional Body is looking for a switched on, passionate Website Administrator to join their team on a temporary assignment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Website administration

  • Maintain internally managed websites, making sure they are up to date and working as expected
  • Coordinate website activity and act as the primary point of contact for enquiries
  • Work with the Marketing & Communications team to populate websites with up-to-date and engaging content

CRM administration

  • Maintain and develop Hubspot CRM used for our programmes
  • Pull CRM reports as required
  • Manage and maintain integrations between Hubspot and email service providers

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working across digital channels including analytics, social media, digital marketing solutions, website and mobile development
  • Familiarity with web design languages, such as CSS, HTML and JavaScript
  • High level of organisational and administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • 12 months practical work experience in a digital role
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (eg Wagtail, Wordpress, Squarespace), customer relationship management tools (eg Hubspot, Salesforce), and other programs (eg Typeform)
  • Working knowledge of data systems and analytical programmes (eg Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords)
