What you will be doing:
As an Intermediate in the UX design space, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience and results while working closely with the Design Manager. You will be required to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas through creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Liaising with the wider team on a regular basis to manage expectations and ensuring projects are delivered with quality. Gain knowledge from end consumers through user testing and other activities. This role has a strong focus on research and discovery techniques to develop a new user interface.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 3+years UX/Product Design experience
- Solid exposure to user research, user testing and discovery techniques
- Be proficient in using Photoshop, illustrator and Omnigraffle
- Team focused
- Great communicator
- Passionate about customer experience with a strong focus on the user journey
- Experience creating flawless responsive design across a range of devices
