They are seeking an experienced and passionate Insolvency Solicitor to join their experienced team.
Your new role
Working in a tight-knit team with some of New Zealand's leading insolvency lawyers, you will have the opportunity to deal with the full spectrum of insolvency and corporate restructuring matters. The work will be complex, but interesting and will include advising on issues from creditor priorities and PPS issues to workouts and bond restructuring. You will be working with high calibre domestic and international clientele, which will include a number of major banking institutions. This will also give you the opportunity to work closely with the firm's banking team and gain exposure to transactional banking and finance matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an intermediate to senior lawyer with excellent academics and experience working for another leading team on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. Additionally, you will have a passion for your area of law and the desire to work with a cohesive team, where experience, personality and diversity are valued. This role would be ideal for a talented lawyer who wants to receive top training and experience and is keen to become a market leading expert in insolvency and restructuring.
