Your new role
You will have the opportunity to join a friendly but fast-paced commercial property team dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters. You will be working with well-regarded property specialists who take pride in offering support and developing members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3-6 years PQE, though candidates outside this bracket will still be considered. You will be experienced in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Strong candidates with residential property experience who are keen to focus on commercial will also be considered. You will have a strong academic background, have a passion for your work and be capable of working efficiently under time constraints. You will also be interested in taking an active role in business development and marketing and thus possess a proven track record of winning and maintaining good client relationships.
