As one of our valued clients, OneStaff are delighted to be recruiting for a Compliance Documentation Developer on behalf of Jamestrong. This is a 11-month fixed term role that will be responsible for:

  • Establishing SOP's for all process roles within the plant
  • Training staff through the SOP's
  • Assessing staff for competency and establishing a training register

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in procedure writing and training in a manufacturing environment in a hands-on capacity. They will also be an exceptional communicator both oral and written and have the ability to interpret complex information and make it clear and concise for the audience it is being delivered to. Other essential attributes required will be:

  • The ability to work with a large team of stakeholders I.E Health and Safety, Quality, Engineering, Leadership and Operators
  • A good appreciation of manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and positive in their approach
