Our client is experiencing solid growth, making this a truly exciting time to be joining the team. Premises are in Airport Oaks with offices, warehousing and distribution on site.

The Role
We seek an experienced Warehouse and Stock Supervisor to bring genuine efficiency to warehouse operations.
You will manage inwards and outwards orders, picking, packing, dispatch, stock take, stock levels, and freight logistics. Manual handling and lifting will be involved.
A current fork hoist license is essential and ideally you will also have customer service experience as customer contact is frequent.
As an organisation super-star, you will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and effectively and will have one direct report to manage.

Daily activities include:
• Oversee receipting and processing inwards goods deliveries
• Ensure delivery dates are met – working closely with the Inventory Administrator
• Pick and pack orders – assemble and dispatch healthcare equipment
• General inventory management
• Reorganise current workflows and physical operations.

The Person we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in warehouse planning and stock control systems
• Ideally someone who has worked in a small to medium sized import / distribution company
• A Full NZ Class 1 / current fork hoist licence
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong computer skills (NetSuite is our clients’ main system)

The general hours are between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

To be eligible for this position you must currently reside in NZ and be legally entitled to work permanently in NZ.
