In your role as Pest Control Supervisor, for our Northern Region, you will be responsible for leading, training and managing a team along with providing pest control services to commercial and residential customers, nationwide.
To succeed in this role you will be great with customers, able to organise your teams and your own workflow and job allocation, enjoy being out and about and working to targets, and are comfortable with shift work and/or flexible hours.

Your knack for motivating, inspiring, and influencing others will ensure your success. Your team approach, solution oriented thinking and ability to coach and train others will also be important. Your willingness to lead from the front and get your hands dirty is essential. A current, full, and clean NZ manual driver license is a must and it is essential that you hold a Urban Pest management certificate level 3, an approved handlers certificate in pest control chemicals and you are PMANZ registered.
