The Job

We are looking for a new Utilities Maintenance Contract Manager to join our team in Queenstown. This is a busy position which consists of the management of our existing successful contracts in the region, whilst looking for new acquisition opportunities to grow and develop the business. Your responsibilities will include managing and developing a small team of skilled operators, financial reporting, strategic planning, implementation and management of resources.

Experience in a similar position is desirable and excellent communication skills is a must! Our ideal candidate will encompass the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in the three waters space
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Business minded with a knack for scoping new opportunities
  • The ability to handle multi layered activities and conflicting demands
  • Understanding of business management, finances and cost control
  • Competent across all Microsoft suites
  • A zero harm attitude with proven experience implementing Health and Safety policies
