In the content and communications team, we're passionate about designing seamless, omni channel content experiences for our customers.

We're looking for a content specialist to research, plan and create customer- centric content for BNZ's digital channels. This role will primarily focus on, but not be limited to, writing content for to create great user experiences and outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Writing, editing and structuring content to enhance user experience and help customers accomplish their tasks more easily
  • Developing content strategies to drive a seamless experience and narrative across multiple digital channels, including our website, internet banking and mobile banking apps
  • Using data, insights and user research to understand user needs and validate content decisions
  • Championing content and user experience at all levels of decision-making
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, user researchers and product managers to problem-solve and explore new ideas
  • Turning complex financial jargon into user-friendly, human copy

What we're looking for the following:

  • Ideally a few years' experience producing digital content
  • A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver
  • Experience writing clear and concise content
  • A self-starter with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong negotiator, with good verbal communication skills
  • Ready to hit the ground running
  • Previous user research experience is a big plus
