At QV we have embarked on a major transformation focused on redesigning our customer experience, operational efficiency, and delivering business intelligence through our digital transformation to help people make better decisions using property information.

This is an integral exciting role in QV that offers a varied communications role for a person who wants help us wow and win people over internally and externally.

We're looking for an experienced, flexible and hands-on communications professional that can think outside the box for a fixed-term role to support us as we change our approaches, look at new ways of doing things and create new tools, which will transform the way we work and how we interact with our people and customers.

You need to be creative, agile and tenacious in approach to coordinate people, be a good story teller, and co-ordinate design needs across a range of traditional and digital channels to ensure it presents us differently to what we have done in the past and ensure that we are in a strong proactive position engaging with and responding to our customers.

It is important you can build relationships and ensure all tasks and details are captured and included.

The ideal person for this position will:

• be tertiary qualified
• listen and present options with creative flair
• possess great attention to detail
• be well organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to meet deadlines
• influence and build rapport to build positive working relationships
• have exceptional customer service and excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• experience working in the digital environment
