Senior Advisor, Customer Engagement
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, senior communications and engagement expert to join ACC's customer engagement team. We're looking for a strategic thinker to develop and deliver communications and engagement solutions to support ACC's transformation in 2018 and beyond. You'll be able to turn your hand to a wide variety of internal and external communications and engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee communications and engagement in the first 12 months.
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll have significant experience developing and delivering communications and engagement strategies and plans to support large-scale change. You'll be experienced in working with senior leaders to identify customer and stakeholder engagement needs and issues and recommending solutions with an absolute customer focus. You'll have a particular passion for storytelling that 'connects the dots' and builds employee engagement and participation to deliver better customer outcomes.
You'll have outstanding relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills, and experience working within a fast-moving and complex environment. A natural collaborator, you'll be able to work across teams to integrate plans, activities and messages into solutions that make sense for employees and customers.
