Help kiwi children to flourish - be part of an exciting change.

About us: Oranga Tamariki is a Ministry dedicated to supporting any child in New Zealand whose wellbeing is at significant risk of harm now, or in the future. We also work with young people who may have offended, or are likely to offend. We believe in the right environment, with the right people surrounding and nurturing them, any child can, and should flourish.

About the role: This is a unique opportunity to be part of the content creation for a new web presence that supports best practice for those working with children and young people, their family and whanau. The heavy lifting has been done – there’s a comprehensive content plan to follow, but still room to make your own mark! You’ll also have the opportunity to work across the Oranga Tamariki digital ecosystem.

Skills and experience: A flare for writing, creating and curating engaging digital content, including simplifying the complex. Experience working with subject matter experts. Knowledge of web content management processes. 5 years relevant experience.

What we offer: A collaborative, fun-loving team environment and opportunities for professional development.

If you want to be part of changing the way New Zealand supports our children and young people, apply now.
