Signature Promotions Ltd is a promotional company based in Lower Hutt, Petone and is the leading New Zealand importer and supplier of promotional products to the corporate sector. While we have major clients like Air New Zealand, Xero, Mazda, Spark, 2degrees, St Johns… we also deal with organisations who want attention to promoting their business by branding a one-off promotional product.

Due to a highly valued team member going on maternity leave and a reshuffle of our departments, we are looking for a driven and motivated Product & Branding Co-Ordinator to join the team on a temporary basis for 6 months, reporting to the Local Production Manager, the role is varied, your primary responsibility will be coordinating local production jobs from concept through to delivery.
This role will suit someone with a design background who wants to expand their career with a leading promotional company. You will be expected to deal with our customers alongside our Account Management team to get the right product to our customers on time all the time.
You will be the pivot between our Account Management Team and connect with our suppliers. You will be responsible for assigned jobs, where you will be required to follow a strict workflow process.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following attributes
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be proficient in the use of the usual Adobe graphic design tools, word, excel and Office 365
  • Confident with online systems including database experience
  • Accuracy and understanding of the importance of data entry
  • Understanding of brand guidelines
  • High level of organisational skills and self-motivated
  • 1-2 years Design experience, Corel Draw, Adobe Suite
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Be creative – can think outside of the box to develop distinct solutions for customers
  • Articulate in your work space and workflow
  • Able to work at a fast pace to meet demanding deadlines
  • Willing and quick to learn new systems
  • A team player

Previous experience in a print or promotional environment will be an advantage but not essential as we will provide full training.
The role is Monday to Friday with hours between 8.30 am to 5.00pm
