Big Splash is a specialist world-class advertising agency partnering with a range of clients across Australia and New Zealand, and soon globally, creating innovative and effective recruitment advertising campaigns. We are a vibrant team of passionate and dynamic individuals who believe if you are not moving forward, you are going backward. We have Friday night wines, a day off on your birthday, and a great social scene. With over 16 years as market leaders, we offer great stability and the opportunity for further development as we grow from strength to strength.
We are looking for a Designer to join our creative services team in a varied, multi-faceted position. Design projects will range from UX/UI design (as well as testing new software releases to see your creations come to life), video production, development of corporate identity for our multiple brands and new divisions and heavy involvement in employment brand campaigns. You will also produce digital content for campaigns on Google, Facebook as well as website banners. This role reports to our Marketing Manager and takes an active role in mentoring our junior designer.
You have exceptional attention to detail and your organisational skills and prioritising are second to none. You are used to working with tight deadlines, handling pressure and juggling many different projects at one time.
Personality wise you are effervescent and passionate. You thrive in a fast-paced ever changing environment and you are eager and hungry to learn as you go. Your zest for life is only surpassed by your enthusiasm for delivering world-class designs! Initiative is a word we use regularly here and we like people who can think outside the box and are confident to make their own decisions.
Friday night wines, a great sociable culture, and monthly morning teas are just some of the benefits of working with us. The role is part time, working 3 days a week. We are flexible on days of the week but ideally Wednesday - Friday.
