Harvey Furnishings Limited is New Zealand’s leading curtain and blind manufacturer and retailer.
It is a long-established and highly successful business in a very exciting phase of growth and transition.
We are currently seeking to employ a part time Marketing and Visual Merchandising Assistant to work within our Mt Eden-based Head Office team.
This is a busy and growing role working within the Marketing Department of the business – and will encompass:
• Assisting with the design of room settings for advertising photographic shoots
• Assisting with display designs for our stores around New Zealand.
• Merchandising the products we sell within our stores
• Assisting with general Marketing duties within the business
• Assisting with website management and social media activities
The successful applicant will be a creative and energetic self-starter; possess an interest in textiles; have an ability to work under pressure; an eye for detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential. A current drivers’ license would be an advantage.
This part time role is a 4 day position - preferably working Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, but with some flexibility for the right applicant.
