You will be a people person and a natural communicator; you will understand the importance of customer service and go the extra mile to genuinely help others who require professional, friendly and efficient service.

Standard tasks will include:
• Taking phone calls from Customers, and internal Coordinators
• Taking job enquiries and internally allocating to coordinators
• Processing timesheets and job information
• Assisting in the allocation of personnel and equipment
• Assisting in dispatching of job information to personnel
• Monitoring of personnel working hours

You will have:
• A 'can do' attitude with a flexible and proactive approach
• An eye for detail
• Proven customer service experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong organisational and computer skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Interactive and bubbly personality

This role would suit someone who is used to working within short lead times; possibly from the following industries - freight forwarding, shipping, building or civil construction industry or similar.
