We are a small family owned company based in Alexandra. Who supply engineering services and components to the food and utilities industries in New Zealand and Australia. This new role splits the basic marketing support, freight and purchase order functions off into a separate job which would suite someone looking for a permanent part time job with flexibility in a small but growing family business which has been established for 8 years.

Anticipated hours of work are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key skills required include great key board skills with a typing speed of 40 wpm or better, Good current knowledge of office 360, and CRMs. Brilliant phone manner with customers, current drivers license and the ability to be flexible and help with the task at hand.Some knowledge of freight and freight forwarding would be useful.

The ability to work unsupervised and often alone is essential. Dependability, honesty and reliability are essential.
