  • Able to process accounts, bank reconciliation's, accounts payable, receivable and payroll (using Xero and Crystal Payroll)?
  • Take meeting organisation, reporting & minute taking in your stride?
  • An interest in marketing especially via social media?

We've got;
  • 25 hours per week administration position, based in Te Kauwhata
  • Days & hours are flexible, but working Mondays likely to be required
  • A role with great autonomy reporting to an engaged board who are committed to the future of the Te Kauwhata Tavern
  • Opportunity to be an integral part of the day to day running as well as monthly reporting for the Tavern

Reporting directly to the trustees, the Trust Secretary is responsible for supporting the Trust Board, and Tavern Manager in all administrative functions of the tavern.
