We are looking for a superstar schedule-wrangler who can undertake administrative and patient services duties at our front desk; alongside various tasks associated with the chiropractors and daily functions of the office. This is a valuable opportunity to join a growing family Chiropractic practice centrally located in Tauranga.

Although previous experience in a Chiropractic office is not essential, enthusiasm for what we do and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing is critical in this role.

Our new team member will be available to work approximately 10-15 hours per week during the core hours of the business (7:00am – 7:00pm, Mon-Fri) with potential opportunities to increase hours. Occasionally there may be ‘split shifts’ or extended hours required to cover staff leave. General flexibility with days/hours of work is an advantage.

We need an organised, fast learner with the ability to work unsupervised and multitask in a busy environment. Great communication and interpersonal skills are highly important in this role. At times you will be given sole charge of the front desk and be the first and last point of contact for patients. A solid sense of humour and the ability to make a wide variety of people feel at home in our office will round out the right person for this position.

Training will be provided in all aspects of the role; however, we expect you to already have excellent computer literacy, phone and email etiquette, and administration skills.
