Position details

We are seeking a capable individual with the relevant skills and experience to coordinate and manage processes for effective timetabling and room bookings for internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:
  • Timetabling of all WelTec and Whitireia programmes and facilitation of ad-hoc room bookings for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with their space requirements
  • Forecast and prepare ad-hoc reports on space requirements and utilisation

Essential knowledge and skills

You will have a relevant qualification and /or experience in education or operations with knowledge and experience in timetabling systems e.g. Syllabus Plus.

You will need demonstrate:
  • process improvement expertise
  • relationship and stakeholder management experience
  • being a quick learner
