Two Roles, Office Administrator, (fulltime) and Customer Services/Back up Admin (part time)

These two great opportunities offer an immediate start and will work closely together to cover both an administrative and customer service role. The two roles could also interchange so we are looking for people with lots of flexibility, lots of energy, and whom are naturally positive.

Office Administrator - Someone who is quick to learn systems, with some accounting knowledge, this role deals with debtors/ creditors/payroll and GL.

Skills required:
Relevant experience in an accounts role, including using accounting software
High level of computer literacy using MS Office suite
Experience with debtors, creditors, payroll and GL
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Handles sensitive information confidentially and appropriately
Able to work productively, accurately and independently
Able to learn & adapt to new situations quickly
Uses initiative for problem solving


Customer Service/Administration

Serving customers at our Drive Thru / assisting inwards goods (some lifting required) and assistance to Office Administrator

Skills Required:
Knowledge of inwards goods practices
Knowledge of Debtors/Creditors/Payroll
Able to work productively, accurately and independently
Customer service focused
Handles sensitive information confidentially and appropriately

As mentioned above, these roles will interchange to suit the environment and workloads.
