As the ideal candidate for this fast paced Office Coordinator role you will be super-organised and full of initiative, with the ability to think ahead and pre-empt the needs of the various teams that you will support. As the ‘first point of call’ for all visitors and callers you will of course be a people person with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone. An interest in social media and innovative marketing ideas would be a distinct advantage as part of your role will include coordinating our social media presence and helping to elevate our brand.

As well as being our social media guru your areas of responsibility will include managing our database, digital filing, formatting CVs, and assisting the accounts team with basic data entry and data checking, so you should have strong Microsoft Office skills, a keen eye for detail and good spelling and grammar skills. Previous experience in diary management and meeting coordination would be a bonus, as this will make up a big part of your typical day. You will also be involved in organising a variety of company events, and will be responsible for adhoc Project Administration as required. In terms of personality, to fit with our team we are looking for a smiling, upbeat, positive team player.
