This role is full of variety, and would suit someone who is amazingly organised, with fantastic attention to detail and strong administration skills. We are looking for an individual with lots of flexibility, lots of energy, and who is naturally positive.

The role covers both administrative and customer facing duties.

Reception and Customer Service- Greeting customers at reception and handling large volumes of calls and providing first level solutions where possible.

Office Administration tasks- Someone who is quick to learn systems, with some basic accounting knowledge, you will manage the organisations reconciliations, accounts payable with some invoicing and other administration work. You will be very confident in your knowledge of Excel.

You will be a positive, extremely reliable all-rounder, someone who works autonomously under their own initiative and is very well organised. You will be a person of strong integrity who values confidentiality.
