Your role is supporting the Service and Project team during this incredibly busy period. You will be assisting with:
- Generating invoices and checking payments
- Updating receipt of orders to the inventory database
- Generate purchase orders and check against existing purchase orders
- General filing and ordering stationary supplies
- Entering timesheets for servicemen
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have high attention to detail and proven experience as an administrator:
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven accounts administration experience
- Available ASAP and until the end of the year
