We are in search for a bubbly, conscientious and mature professional to take on the important role of Front of house, Office Administrator. You will be a real team player, have exceptional customer service standards with a positive, friendly, can-do attitude.

If you have:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills,
  • Great initiative levels and a flexible approach,
  • Relevant administration or corporate front of house experience,
  • Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility, and
  • Confident computer skills and are great on a keyboard, or
  • Are from pharmacy retail and would like to try a move to support office

Your key responsibilities and career development opportunities include:
  • Provide exemplary customer service experience and support to GXH Pharmacy's and Medical Centres, including Central Office, other GXH companies & supplier networks,
  • Ensure high standards of all aspects of business administration including loyalty services and support,
  • Develop trusted professional customer relationships across all levels of staff and customers,
  • Provide administration support to Support Office team members.
  • Flexibility to respond to the needs of the business as and when required.
