We’re looking for someone with great communication skills and an eye for detail to join our Kaimai Valley Services (KVS) team. This position is responsible for providing efficient administration support to our KVS management group and will suit someone renowned for their ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

This is a full time permanent position based at our KVS Waihou depot, and duties will include:

• Providing administration support to our busy KVS managers
• Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable processing
• Assisting with work orders and CRM requests
• Ensuring non-financial performance measures comply with auditing requirements
• General office administration and reception duties

To be successful for this role you will need to have excellent computer skills including the ability to quickly learn new computer systems, be self-motivated and have at least two years prior experience in accounts payable and office administration.
