We are an Electrical Contracting company currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Contracts team as Project Administrator.

The successful applicant will assist with the smooth operation of our projects division, helping to keep our Project Management team organised and productive.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, who is a great communicator and multitasker.

Duties include:
  • Document control
  • Procurement of project materials
  • Project plan and document comparisons
  • Assisting the Estimators with quantifying tender documents
  • Finalising contract progress claims
  • Compiling job cost reports
  • Maintaining client project portals
  • Assisting the Project team with general administration
  • Typing, formatting and maintenance of spreadsheets and Word docs
  • Set up and maintain contract files and job folders
  • Compiling “As-Built” documentation

Skills required:
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
  • Can do attitude
  • Current Drivers Licence (full or restricted)
