We are currently looking for a hardworking, intelligent and organised Administration Manager to join our team. This is a 6 month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of continuing in a similar role beyond this period, for the right candidate.

40 hours per week Monday-Friday, based on QEII Park in North New Brighton. Position to start March 12th, 2018.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the smooth running of the office and reception
• Customer service & cash handling
• Writing newsletters and communications
• Designing flyers and posters
• Payroll
• Managing website and social media
• Managing volunteers

To be successful in this role you will need:
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Great communication skills – verbally and written
• The ability to learn quickly and have the ability to adapt
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – ability to prioritise and multi-task

With experience in the following a great advantage:
• Microsoft programmes - Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher
• A graphic design programme of your choice
• MailChimp

Gymnastics industry knowledge also an advantage.
