An exciting fulltime opportunities exists for a highly energetic, bright, dependable Production Administrator to join our friendly dedicated team in Penrose.

You will be required to be a fast learner, good with excel, pivot tables, word and outlook.
Ideally, you will be proactive, good at communicating, a team player, deadline driven and always looking for the next opportunity to help.

You will be the pivot between internal sales and the production crew. You will raise job bags, schedule jobs, order consumables, help with lean manufacturing and be confident with maths, it would be helpful if your eyes did not glaze over when asked to do data mining and pivot table creation. As well as comply with all Health and Safety protocols.

You must have:
-Intermediate Excel, Pivot Table, Word and Outlook skills
-Be fast paced at data entry
-Have own transport and minimum of a restricted license (full license preferred)
-Good time management skills
-Great with statistics/ maths

It would be advantageous to have:
-Microsoft Dynamics (AX) experience
-A forklift licence
-Lean manufacturing experience

You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, numeracy and literacy testing as well as have a criminal record background check. Ideally you will have good solid work history and 2 references.

5 days a week-Monday to Friday-Typically 8am - 4:30pm. However we can discuss these hours at the interview.
