Ako Aotearoa is New Zealand's National Centre for Tertiary Teaching Excellence with a vision to providing best possible educational outcomes for all learners. The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a key role in the effective management and administration of the organisation.

Applications are invited for this newly created role and calls for an experienced EA with demonstrated high level of personal integrity, initiative and confidentiality to support the Director.

To be successful in appointment you will have you will have the following:

*Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing high-level secretarial and administrative support at senior executive level
*Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team, with good cultural capability in the Aotearoa / NZ context.
*Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including: word processing; presentation software; email; internet and electronic document management applications
*Proven high level of written and verbal communication skills
