ABOUT THE ROLE

Large Freight and Logistics company based in Penrose seeks experienced and energetic Personal Assistant / Project Administrator to join their busy team for a 12-month contract. You will provide assistance to the General Manager and provide administrative support to the project. This is an exciting project introducing new, innovative technology to the clients.

DUTIES

  • PA support including diary and email management, travel bookings etc
  • Provide administration support to the project team
  • Support project site with health & safety and liaise with landlords
  • Organise workshop diary and make sure day runs smoothly

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous PA experience supporting a senior Manager
  • Ideally have experience supporting a project
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality
