The purpose of this position is to primarily support the North Island Operations Manager and his direct reports with customer services as well as administrative and financial support across all of our North Island business units. These tasks can vary from time-to-time.

This position would suit someone with proven customer service experience in a logistics environment, who is committed to providing effective hands-on service to meet the team’s expectations and internal deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:

  • General administration for our Auckland Transport Business Units – these will vary on a day-to-day basis and could include anything from sorting internal mail and phone lists to liaising with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the company and Operations Manager
  • Employing a high level of customer service with all incoming inquiries and phone calls and being the point of contact for our many customers.
  • Finance functions including invoicing, reporting on and monitoring financial performance and management of creditor invoices and our purchase order system
•Taking minutes of meetings between senior managers.
