About the role

  • 5 months fixed term to cover leave
  • Organise Business Owner meetings
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • RSVP management
  • Venue and catering bookings
  • Typing of agendas and minutes
  • Populating powerpoint presentations
  • Monthly and quarterly advertising in the Press
  • Collating and blogging national auction results on a weekly basis
  • Collate and file all national articles relating to Harcourts
  • Assisting with event functions as required
  • General administration tasks as directed

Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong spelling and grammar
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible can-do attitude
  • Welcoming and friendly disposition
  • Exceptional corporate presentation
  • Sound judgement
  • Common sense, proactive and uses initiative
