We're looking for an Executive Assistant that has a people-come-first mindset too. This is a great opportunity to use your skills and experience in a role supporting two of our Group Managers.

The key to our shared success will be in your well-developed communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage the busy schedules of the Group Managers, while liaising with both internal staff and external stakeholders. You will be pro-active and work well with others.

You'll enjoy working within our fast paced and agile company. Along with your can - do attitude and customer focused approach, you'll have:

  • Proven EA experience at a senior level
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. Apple application software knowledge would be an advantage
  • A positive, friendly and flexible attitude
  • Integrity and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Initiative and the ability to multitask.
