We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant with previous experience in the government sector and an understanding of the machinery of government work. If you have outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work and stay calm under pressure then you will be the kind of professional my client is seeking.

Your previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant position will give you the confidence to be able to assist with your managers busy workload and ensure that each day runs smoothly. You will be corporately presented, professional and regarded at the top of your profession.

You will need to have experience with the following;
  • Diary Management
  • Board Papers and Agendas
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite
  • And have excellent time management skills
